Services: Revive Wellness has a no-refund policy on services performed. We strive for 100% satisfaction at every appointment. If you leave your appointment unsatisfied, please contact us within 3 days so we can schedule a corrective appointment within one week of your original service. Tips to providers are non-refundable.

Products: Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please let us know why a product did not work for you so we can recommend something better.
